Jen Sweeney has over 20 years' experience in property management and leasing. She is the Executive Director of Property Management/Leasing. Her responsibilities include hiring outsourced leasing teams and supporting their successful lease-up for each asset.  Jen also oversees the internal property management teams across the portfolio insuring a consistent delivery of Millbrook’s Class A management services.
 
Prior to joining Millbrook in October, 2010, Jen worked for Jones Lang LaSalle for over 16 years. In her management roles throughout her real estate career, Jen has successfully managed over $80 million worth of tenant and capital improvement projects. She is also skilled in due diligence acquisition, asset management and lease negotiation.
 
Jen received her Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University. She is a licensed managing broker in Illinois, Board member-The Goldie Initiative, past President of BOMA Suburban Chicago, ULI Council member 2015-2020, IREM affiliate member.  She enjoys water and snow skiing and hiking national parks.
