Danielle Schumacher has over 13 years of experience in property management. She is currently the Property Manager for the TWO-FIFTY building, a 200,000+ square foot twenty story office tower located in the heart of Milwaukee's Central Business District. She is responsible for all aspects of management including tenant relations, budgeting and financial reporting, overseeing the day to day operations and ensuring delivery of Millbrook’s Class A management services.

 

Prior to joining Millbrook in March 2016, Danielle worked in Residential Property Management for over 8 years. She is a licensed real estate agent and is an active member of BOMA Wisconsin and IREM. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her children.
